MacBook m1 Feeling of electricity

When I touch the top cover while charging my Macbook, I feel like the electricity is going through, can it explain an authorized person who knows why, please, why can it be like this from the moment I get it?

Like most consumer electronic equipment, when connected to a power adapter the case of a portable Mac becomes capacitively coupled to ground (earth). It is not directly connected to ground. This is a design requirement intended to comply with various regulatory agencies regarding safety as well as limitations on electronic emissions that can interfere with other communications equipment.

When a body part comes into contact with it, you become part of that circuit, which causes the sensation you describe. If everything is working normally — meaning the Mac, its power adapter, and your home or office wiring are all correctly installed and without any defects — it's harmless. It tends to be more noticeable on 220v systems than the 110v systems more common in North America.

However — if something is not working normally, the sensation you feel may be an indication of a hazardous condition. In an abundance of caution, you should make an appointment with Apple to have your Mac, its power adapter, and charging cable — all three — evaluated to make sure they are all intact and working the way they should.
