My iPads volume is way quieter than you'd expect an iPads to be

My ipads volume is way quieter than youd expect an ipads to be, at max volume (yes with the volume buttons im not that stupid) its not even as loud as my phone at half volume. I mainly use my ipad to watch shows or youtube but i can barely hear it over a fan even at max volume

Did you try adjusting the Volume limit? If not, you can head to Settings → Music → Volume Limit, and set it to maximum. Then try listening to some shows or YouTube videos and adjust the volume limit according to your preference.

I usually change my EQ setting on my iPhone to Late night. You can do the same on your iPad by going to Settings → Music → EQ and select Late Night.

Hope this fixes your issue 🤞
