i cant access my photos when im in an app. Cant send pictures. Can uplaod. I’ve tried everything. I cant change the permission. It doesn’t appear to my apps settings. Please help.

Also check by opening Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions: Ensure that this switch is set to OFF.
