iPhone 15 Battery Draining Quickly

I originally had an iPhone 14 and was just upgraded to an iPhone 15 through my phone carrier. In just having the iPhone 15 for one day, I have noticed its battery drains significantly faster than my iPhone 14 that I've had for several months. For example, it would take ~3-4 hours for my iPhone 14 to lose 10% and my iPhone 15 has already lost 10% in just one hour with minimal use. I am very disappointed and unsure of why this is an issue. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I've tried disabling background app refresh, turning off location services, etc. but have not seen much improvement. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
