I WENT TO A PERSON TO FIX BUTTON and the guy decided on his own to remove my passcode c he saw me enter it so he instead changes the passcode he thinks he types the very same passcode i used already and we mad alot of attempts now my phone is on security lock out i need my data cant u remove my passcode i can give u all my info number connected my icloud itunes gmail last passcode its mee please save the day

Nope, sorry. If your iPhone is now disabled due to too many incorrect passcode entries, the ONLY option you have is to erase your iPhone. Hopefully, you've been backing up your phone, as you can restore the most recent backup after the phone has been erased. If you haven't backed up your phone, then your data will be gone. Backups have to occur before something goes wrong.

On a final note, you said you went to a person to fix a button? If this person was NOT Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider and they performed any service on your iPhone, you can't take your phone to Apple for support as they won't touch an iPhone which has been tampered with.

The day (and a lot more) is not lost if you have a current or recent backup of the phone.
Otherwise, I am afraid that there is no option but to reset/erase the phone and set it up again.
