Boot Camp is not supported on the silicon chip Macs. Try the Parallels site to see if they support Windows in a virtual machine on silicon Macs. You will likely need an ARM version of Windows.

Further to this suggestion from Bob, use a trial version of Parallels first. In the program, select File->New, and you see this:

Select "Get Windows 11 from Microsoft". Parallels supports M1, M2, and M3 processors. Microsoft only distributes Windows ARM through "original equipment manufacturers", Parallels being approved as one of these. Make sure everything is working as you wish before you pay for Parallels and Windows.

VMware Fusion can also run Windows 11 ARM64. They have a free version that you can use which has limitations in the number of virtual CPUs and RAM and some other feature but if you are not using it for something intense like gaming, 3D rendering, etc. it will work just fine.

You will be required to create an account but there is no charge for that. I have been using it on my M1 MacBook Air with Windows11 for some time now and have had a fairly good experience.

Now, if you want windows in order to use hardware devices, there could be an issue as not many Windows hardware device makers have drivers for an ARM64 platform and the x86 emulation layer in ARM64 Windows 11 only works with applications and does not work with drivers. Windows drivers need to be natively built for the CPU that they are running on.
