So I found this app hiding on my phone it was behind a app disguised as Google maps but when I shuffle all of the apps off the page it was on it split into 2 so one is jus the Google maps thumbnail and the other is this odd symbol it’s def shady

That happens frequently when syncing is interrupted. The app is missing the data to provide the icon and what you are seeing is a default icon when no data is available.


You should still be able to delete it, or possible force restart your device.

Another time that will occur is when you run out of device storage and there is not enough space to store the App Icon. You can check storage space here:
