Find my Friends not updating

Most of the time when I'm looking at Find my Friends, there is a flashing green circle around the person but their location is not updating. It used to update that I could follow them moving ... now, not at all. I have to keep refreshing to determine exactly where they are. How do I fix it?

Location Services/Find My does not let me track locations of friends & family I have had this persistent issue going on for longer than I even realized. If someone shares their location with me, I am unable to track them. It will show it for a split second in our messages chat, vanish, and then the find my app doesn't show anyones location either. I have troubleshooted with apple for hours, I have troubleshooted online finding different things.. Nothing. Apparently it's been escalated to the supervisor team at Apple - but I just want this fixed.

find my friends app not tracking under “people” but will for devices Lately I’ve noticed in the Find My Friends app, if I try to see my son’s location under the “people” category, it will often show him at home even though he’s not. I then have to go into “devices” to see the actual location of his phone. Why is this happening? Thanks.

people tab is not showing on find my iphone app I had an iPhone 14 Pro Max and I had all of my friends locations on the people tab. This summer I lost that phone and got a new one and after I connected to my account and got everything set up the people tab doesn’t show on the find my iPhone app. When people request to see my location I get the notification, accept it, but nothing happens. When I open the app the people tab shows for a split second and after that it disappears. The picture is what it shows me in the settings. What can I do?
