Iphone 11 Volume flex and Wifi Flex connection

Hello together, i repaired the backcover of my iphone11. Im not a professional at this point. Not heating or anything like that. Directly with the cutter. So anyway the backcover is removed. But now the Volume Buttons on the left (Mute included) are not working.

What im did at this time? I replaced the volume-flex of my Iphone 11. But it is not working. Nothing. Not possible to set the volume up or down. But i saw, that the WIFI (hopefully it is the wifi-flex on top of the iphone) is connected to the volume-flex with a little connector. Aaaaand the Wifi-Flex has a little damage, wich is not disturb the wifi functionality. But can this (maybe) disturb the volume functionality because of this little connection?
