I purchased a Satechi X1 keyboard. After using a couple days I discovered the FN key and F key do not cause the current window to go into full screen. Does this functionallity wor

k correctly on the Logitech keyboards

What year model is your iMac..?

According to Satechi, the X1 keyboard is only compatible with 2017 and later iMac's.

You need to contact Logitech support for help on their product line. By the way, I would recommend ONLY buying from Macsales.com for these types of items, why because they specialize in Macs and everything they sell is well tested and works. They are a terrific source for all types of Mac and Apple related products.
