That means it was replaced by Apple because it was defective or damaged and not returned to Apple as required or that it was reported lost or stolen in transit or from Apple Stock.
No support is available for that device. Ever.
Apple will not service it. They will not replace it. They will not support it in any way.
Return it to wherever you got it for a refund if you can.
