Unable to find my iTunes subscription after change of region

I recently changed country/region on my iPhone and now my subscriptions are gone. I cannot change back to my original country/region because apparently, I can only change my region every 90 days. But I need to change my subscriptions because they are being charged to a card I don't use anymore (which is why I wanted to change my region in the first place; so that I can use a new payment method).

What can I do?

You should contact the official Apple Support about that, only they can look into your personal settings.

Use this link as a start:

Subscriptions and Billing - Apple Support

Or give them a call by selecting the phone number for your region from this Apple page:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

If you subscribed directly to an app developer, you will have to contact them and not Apple.
