Sounds like you may have a Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, or Hotmail account. If that is the case then remove the Calendar sync option on the mail account. Microsoft has been having trouble with their Mail servers causing spam for users on all device platforms. The Microsoft Support communities are flooded with other users experiencing the same thing, without a resolution. There has been no public comment from Microsoft on the spam events appearing.

Seems like I have 2 iPhone 11 but I have only one iPhone 11 and 1 iPhone 14 and 1 watch.
