Beats Studio Buds+’s Noise Cancellation not working

It’s been a couple weeks my buds work only on noise cancelation off and transparency mode. If I click on Noise Cancellation it says to place both beats buds in your ears - which they already are.

Changing the controls on Settings also doesn’t work after a couple of weeks - they do not sync.

Reseting the device does not help.

Has anyone found a solution to the Beat Fit Pro left ear piece not working? Beats Fit Pro: I have been trying to figure out why only one of the ear bud (right side) connects and works well, however the left ear buds does not. Try every suggestion on the internet, from YT to even the Beats website and no solution found. I had factory reset, un-installed the app to clearing caches no solution. Any other suggestions or trick fix this issue greatly appreciated. I'm so disappointed as this was a holiday gift and my excitement went out the window. Thank you!

Beats Fit Pro Just got new Beats Fit Pros, for some reason iOS won't let me do the ear tip fit test, even thought both buds are in my ears. Plays and pauses music, but won't let me use Noise Cancellation or do the fit test, I get the message "Place Beats Fit Pro Earbuds in Both Ears." I've tried different sized tips, any suggestions?
