Beats Studio Buds+’s Noise Cancellation not working

It’s been a couple weeks my buds work only on noise cancelation off and transparency mode. If I click on Noise Cancellation it says to place both beats buds in your ears - which they already are.


Changing the controls on Settings also doesn’t work after a couple of weeks - they do not sync.


Reseting the device does not help.
