Annual membership -- get trial buttons constantly

I know it's coincidental, but since I upgraded to an annual membership I get logged out, asked for CVV verification twice a day and sometimes for multiple days on end, on multiple devices I simply get "Start your free trial" buttons and cannot view anything.


This is on the web version, both on my desktop and my phone. I am not an iOS user, so can't speak to the app.


This website won't even let me choose something that isn't an apple device -- though they manage to sell products to us? That's pleasant.
