Can't Access Apple TV on Laptop Windows 10

I have a subscription. I can connect on tv and i phone but on pc it's just asking me to accept the free trial.

Downloaded the Apple TV app from Microsoft but it won't launch.

For the web access to tv.apple.com, be sure to first sign in to the site, using your Apple ID account, through the blue Sign In button in the upper right corner.
For the preview Apple TV app, find the sign in/account option elsewhere, to sign in to the app, using your Apple ID account.
