My Apple Watch Ultra 2 Was Possessed!

Has anyone over the last couple of days had their Ultra 2 go crazy?

Out of the blue my watch just started vibrating and dinging. At first I thought the walking app had engaged as I had just come in from a long walk with the dog. But when I went to stop the app, i was unable to swipe or change the screen. I tried shutting it off, but pressing the buttons would not register. When I was able to get the "Swipe Off" panel to show, it wouldn't accept my swipe and would just go back to being completely unresponsive. It also began popping up different apps in the display, as well as the top and bottom, green sensor lights on the back were blinking on and off in a very fast cadence. Next the number pad started showing up like it wanted me to put in my passcode, but before I could do that four random numbers would fill in, over and over. Then I got the message to try my passcode again in 1 minute. At that point I thought it was being hacked somehow. I took it off, grabbed my phone and proceeded to erase it from my phone and send it into a reset. That eventually worked and I was able to update to the current iOS and resync it.

When I called Apple support, the young woman told me she had a very similar phone call earlier in the day with someone stating the same situation. I have an appointment with my local Apple Store, but not until next Friday. Just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience lately?

Yes I have just had this exact problem on my Apple Watch Ultra 2. So weird it was auto pressing all these button sending off the siren, selecting apps etc I couldn’t even turn off the device as it wouldn’t let me control the touch screen to swipe. Force restart stopped the problem. Don’t know what caused it or if will happen again.
