Apple TV: works fine with TV+ and YouTube. Hulu, Netflix , prime etc all play audio, no video. Black dcreen

Hi. Just got the newest version of Apple TV. Have it hooked up to a Samsung tv. It is an older model of tv. But is a smart tv(not THAT old). Anyways. Everything works fine when using appletv+ and when using the YouTube app, but if I try to watch any other streaming service. Using the app or the channels. I get a black screen with no video, but I will get audio. I even get the subtitles coming up on screen too. Just no picture. I have changed HD cables. I’ve done the dynamic picture switch. I’ve done everything I’ve read about, I’ve even closed the open apps and restarted the apps. Is there something I am missing? Thank you!
