iPhone glitching out green and the buttons are tweaking out after falling in my pool

around 8 hours ago my phone was fully submerged underwater for a couple of seconds and now its glitching, changing colors, and not completely working. I put it to charge last night as well. Its been in rice for 30 minutes but I don't know what else I could do
