Epson WF-3620 not printing from laptop

I have a MacBook Air, latest update. I have an Epson WF-3620 printer. I've had this printer for 7 years and have had no issues with printing wirelessly from any of my devices. Back in December all of a sudden I can't print from my laptop but all other devices print just fine. I downloaded latest drivers, etc and it just doesn't print. I reviewed all setting for both printer and laptop and all the printer did was try to print and then pause. Tried to reinstall the printer and got a message that the printer was downgraded (which I believe means it already has the latest version). I joined a FB group for Epson, one person replied and kept asking about IP address. I relooked and didn't find a solution. I relooked again and found a tab for IP, typed in the IP address and it asked my to create the printer, I click yes and waited. After installing clicked on document and it printed.....now I can print and also can print from my other devices too.....just wanted to share the solution that I had to use. Thanks Maggie-Mac
