my macbook pro 2012 wont start

How far does the start process get before it stops?

Do you here the normal start-up chime?

Does this happen when the Macbook Pro on battery, wall power, or both?

Do you get any on-screen advisories?

Was any service done inside the computer immediately before this started?

Did you try to Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
