iCloud and google storage charges

Hi! I have an iPhone and am being charged each month for iCloud storage for $9.99 and for Google storage for photos for about $2.99 a month. Is this necessary? I feel feel like I’m being charged from everyone all kinds of charges each month!! Like Microsoft seems to be charging me for several different accounts each month, and I don’t understand that either.

My question is this, though, if I have the iCloud service doesn’t that have all of my photos on it? Do I really have to pay for Google? Thank you so much!

Well only you can answer that question.

icloud storage is used to either sync or backup data to the cloud.

Google storage is used for your gmail if you have one and storage for your google photos.
