apple email address to contact them

Apple have charged me twice for a subscription. They have refunded me one subscription, but now the app won't work, I've contacted them with proof that Apple have charged me twice but they just say it's not their problem. I've asked Apple for another refund and they've refused.

This needs to be escalated to somebody who can see that they've made a mistake and need to rectify it.

But their support systems won't let me.

Hense the need for an email address/

Apple does not have a public support email address as it would simply get spammed beyond usability.

You can contact Apple support in any of the ways Apple has for that purpose. Email is not one of them.

Its very unlikely you got charged for the same thing twice, as the system is set up to prevent this.

You may have had 2 charges from Apple, even for the same amount, but the likelihood is they were for 2 different things. If you cancelled one and it was for the subscription, then the subscription would be cancelled.

I would strongly suggest you go through your purchases and identify both charges.
