apple email address to contact them
Apple have charged me twice for a subscription. They have refunded me one subscription, but now the app won't work, I've contacted them with proof that Apple have charged me twice but they just say it's not their problem. I've asked Apple for another refund and they've refused.
This needs to be escalated to somebody who can see that they've made a mistake and need to rectify it.
But their support systems won't let me.
