Airdrop from iphone to mac studio not working, but airdrop to iPhone from Mac Studio works. I need help!

I am trying to airdrop files from my iPhone 15 pro max to my new M2 Mac Studio and it is not working. I am able to airdrop from my Mac Studio to my iPhone no problem but the other way around is my issue. My Mac Studio instantly shows up as an option to airdrop to from my iPhone but every time I hit it all that happens is it gets stuck in “waiting” and then fails to send. Both devices are fully updated, connected on the same WiFi network, Bluetooth on, and is on allows airdrop from everyone. Iv seemed to try all the troubleshooting I was able to find online but still the same result. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? This is a key function to what I need my Mac Studio for and for $2000 this should be no issue.
