Backspace/delete button not working on iPhone

Updated to 17.3.1 last night, since the update my backspace/delete button on the keyboard will randomly freeze and not allow me to delete characters or correct misspellings . This is very inconvenient as then I cannot fix the message I’m typing. This happens in text, email, any app using the keyboard,

I have restarted my device with no resolution.

How do I fix disappearing keyboard on iPhone 13 Pro? My keyboard keeps dissappearing whenever I'm about to type. This started with the emoji library dissappearing after 2-3 seconds. I can't look for emojis because it just jumps back to the keyboard right away. The next issue was that the predictive text dissappeared after 2-3 seconds. Now this issue relates to the keyboard as a whole. I have to press the text field or swipe the screen over and over to make the keyboard appear. My phone is updated. It's an iPhone 13 pro. Cursor STILL jumps around ios 17 & 17.01 upgrades This is wildly frustrating. And absolutely ridiculous considering how Apple considers itself so highly technical. But on a text message, the cursor does not allow me to go back and edit. Completely jumps around, it brings up the keyboard, it will not let me go to the top of the text message, I have tried everything from pressing on the screen to move the cursor and though it looks like it moves, when I let go to Edit, the cursor is back down at the bottom and the keyboard is popped up. Please Apple please fix this. I’ve upgraded to the latest software update, and yes, I’ve turned my phone off and I’ve turned it back on.

Keyboard lagging after iOS 18.2 update on iPhone Hi All, has anyone found a way to fix the lagging keyboard issue? It’s lagging when typing and when I try to open the emoji keyboard. I’ve done the IOS18.2 update and this issue started after that. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
