"All Inboxes" folder is suddenly empty, but "all trash" and "all sent" folders still have all the emails in them

All inboxes holds all account inboxes...

You can remove it and add it back in if necessary... make some changes

All the mailboxes are still located individually under the 'all inboxes' folder, but I have to click on each individual mailbox to see emails whereas before, all emails would show up in the 'all inboxes' folder... now it is empty.

It sounds like the exact issue...

So spin the carrot and close up the individual accounts(?)
