IMac Desktop is running slow

I have a 2015 IMac desktop and it has begun to run extremely slow. I have ran diagnostics and all of that. I have it in safe mode right now, but it still runs slow. I have attached a copy of the EtreCheck report if anyone who has more knowledge than I do can look at it and give me some advice. Thank you.

I don't see any of the usual culprits in the report. Try running DriveDx (free trial period) to check the health of the internal hard drive. Post the complete DriveDx text report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.

Try running Disk Utility First Aid on the hidden Container. Within Disk Utility you may need to click "View" and select "About This Mac" before the hidden Container appears on the left pane of Disk Utility. Even if First Aid says everything is "Ok", click "Show Details" and scroll back through the report to see if there are any unfixed errors are listed. If there are, then run First Aid again....if they still are not fixed, then try running First Aid while booted into Recovery Mode.
