How to save video file from Facebook to my iPad?

I uploaded a video I made to Facebook in 2019. Somewhere along the way it got deleted from my photo app on my iPad Pro. The video shows up on Facebook annually with a share option. I would like to save the video to my photos so I can put it on my instagram feed. There is no save to file option on my ipad

How to share iPhone 15 Pro spatial videos? I am trying to play the spatial videos my wife took on her iPhone 15 Pro. I tried to use the share album in the Photos, but it didn't work on my Vision Pro. This is not necessarily an iPad limitation.

Your difficulty is with FaceBook - who perhaps do not allow you to copy/save posted content.
