How to unblock an account that was blocked for failing to pay a subscription

hello, my account *** was blocked for non-payment of a subscription that I didn't even use, is it possible to unblock it?

You need to have Apple reactivate the account. Please contact official Apple Support for help with an "inactive" Apple ID. The people responding on this forum are Apple product users like yourself and cannot do anything with your account.
