App Icon in App Store Only Has “Open” Function. How do I Get It to Download?

At one time my HEOS app was on my home screen. It disappeared and when I go to the App Store to download it, it only offers me the “Open” function. I would like to download it to my App Library so it will appear on my home screen with all my other apps. How do I do this?
