How can I access to a locked iPhone?
My son that is a 15 is in rehab and I need to access the his phone that I pay for. I need to by pass the lock screen.

There is no way to bypass the Lock Screen. There is a process in case a Passcode is forgotten, but this will completely erase the device and the device will always be locked to the Apple ID that was used to set up the device.

Since you purchased the phone, you will be able to remove the Activation Lock with the receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple seller. This will also erase the device, but will allow it to be set up and used by you. Use this link to start a request to remove the lock.

You will not be able to access any data that is currently on the phone without the password/passcode from your son. The data is private information whether the phone was purchased by you or not.
