Fn Keys Not Working

I recently had the battery replaced on my 2015 Macbook Pro at the apple store. Upon getting it back, the Fn function keys are no longer functioning properly. I have updated to macOS Monterey Version 12.7.3. I've tried toggling on the "Use F1, F2 etc. keys as standard function keys" which didn't work. I confirmed that under modifier keys, "fn" is still mapped to "fn function". Despite this, even when holding down the fn key the Fn keys still aren't working. I have tried restarting my lap top. Please help

intermittent "Z" dysfunction My "Z" key intermittently fails to function. It is not mechanical. It is across programs (once in NYT crossword, another in a Google search). And when it fails to show a "z" the alt-z function still works. Running MacOS 12.6.5 Monterey on a macbook air M2. Thoughts?
