iPhone 15 iOS 17.3.1 still overheating?
I have had the iPhone 15 for less than 2 weeks now. It would seem that no matter what I do with the phone, it remains hot to touch. Is this still a known issue that Apple have yet to fix?

I absolutely totally agree. I too have the same phone & can barely hold it at times due to the heat issue.
I have been putting up with this problem but I now thinking why should I.
May make a trip to the Apple store!!!!!
September, mine is still overheating daily, id I watch videos, movie, o
take for ever to synchronize latest photos. I have to stop and let it cool but it gets super hot for no good reason. Can I ask AppleCare + to either fix for good or replace my cell? Anybody was able to get positive assistance ?
Im in the same boat with 15PM. Feels very warm to touch with the 17.3.1 update... Apple, what are you doing???
Same issue for me as well. Terrible heat in the back of the phone. Can’t even hold. #15PM
Recently updated ios to 17.3.1, for the past couple of days, it’s overheating even for normal use. RN, it’s overheated. Who else facing this issue in 15 pro?
Same, 15 pro, overheating for normal use, neal the volume buttons
While using wireless CarPlay in my iPhone 15 the phone heats up massively and the charge goes down very fast. After this 17.3.1 update I’m facing this issue. Does anyone know how to solve it?
I am also facing this heat issue in my 15 PM while clicking capture button and camera. Also in normal gaming. Will apple fix this in the next software update? Any idea!
No idea. I just had a 15min phone call, where I had to put the call on speakerphone because my device was to uncomfortably hot to hold.
Yep! Didn’t have the problem originally like many people were reporting. But with this latest update. Definitely running hot.
Same here. It is enough to make several pictures on iPhone 15 pro (iOS 17.3.1) and then it is overheated. So disappointed.
My iPhone 15 pro max in iOS 17.3.1 is overheating. Even without use, when I grab the phone is warm. Started a week ago. Before that I had no problems.
Same with my ip15 pro, it heats up so fast even in my normal usage. Even if i dont play online games it still heats up… please apple fix this problem
