Can’t turn Screen Curtain off by tapping three times on my iPhone

working with a VI client who enabled Screen curtain with her voiceover by accident but now cannot disable Screen curtain. Support info says tap three times on screen but that disables voiceover instead.

Speak Screen not working from Back Tap On my iPhone 15 pro (and previous 12 pro), the Speak Screen no longer works from the double or triple back tap. It seems to have happened within the past few weeks. The Speak Screen works when I use two fingers to swipe down, highlight text and Speak, and from the Accessibility Shortcut. All other actions like Flashlight, Lock Screen etc seem to work fine from the double/triple back tap. is there maybe a setting I changed that would’ve affected this? Very annoying. iOS 17.4.1 I can use the Accessibility Shortcut for triple tap then Speak Screen but why? Thx.

Attention aware features not working on iPhone 16 Pro screen lock The attention aware features are turned on, but there is no action while the screen is locked (ringtone sound is not lowering). After update to iOS 17.4, tapping the back of the iPhone does not start reading screen One of my family members uses trice tap back function to read screen (blind person) and it worked fine up until iOS 17.4 but now tapping does nothing even thou it is still selected as function to launch. Enabling controler does read screen as usual, but it is "hard" to tap on a controler when someone is blind. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
