NFC payments not working on iPhone 14 pro

The phone is about 8 months old now never had any issues with it until now, the issue started happening a month ago and nothing seemed to help. I've tried restarting, deleting and adding back bank card, logging out from my apple ID but I cannot pay in stores with apple pay. Could it be nfc tag inside of my phone and that it is dead somehow? I'm not working in a hot place where the phone would be hot nor on a wet spots, it just stopped working. The phone is still in warranty and this seems like manufacturing issue because phone is still new and issue like this never happened on my 300€ xioami phone. I've tried paying in multiple stores as well but it's problem on my phone.
