Headphones trigger music play interrupting a phone call

I use iPhone 14. When I plug in headphones, the phone starts playing music from Music App. Sometimes it does it a few minutes later when a call is in progress.

And when I am listening to a Apple audio book it will stop in the car and with my headphones (more so with my headphones) not sure if the new design is the issue there with the ear piercings I have.

Headphones not playing voice fromincoming calls on iPhone 13 My Wired Rownfusny Wired R06 Headphones play all sounds, music, etc., except for voice from incoming phone calls. I have tried changing every possible iPhone 13 setting, but nothing seems to work. The only thing I have not done is doing a full Setting Reset. Any ideas?

Media audio lowers when someone talks on call So say for example I’m watching youtube or am listening to music with the same device I’m calling with, the audio of the YT video or the music seems to quiet down whenever the person I’m calling with talks. Where do I turn this off?
