Message from Apple Security
Accordingly, my iPhone has been compromised and wanted me to install a VPN. Is it really from Apple Security or just a scam?

That is not from Apple and you don't have any viruses on your phone, it is a scam message designed to get you to purchase unnecessary software or phish for personal information.
