Sharing Messages Across Devices

I have an iPhone 15Pro and would like to be able to share and see my messages across my apple devices. How do I do that?

Ensure that all of your devices are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID - and that you have enabled Messages in iCloud on each of them.

For iPad and iPhone (iPadOS/iOS 17):

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > [Apps Using iCloud] Show All > Messages in iCloud > Use on this iPad | iPhone - set to ON

For other versions of iPadOS/iOS, the path may differ slightly.

If you have an iPhone - and all your devices are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID - to send SMS/MMS messages (green bubbles) from other devices you must explicitly enable Text Message Forwarding for each device on your iPhone...

On your iPhone:

Settings > Messages > Text Message Forwarding - set to ON - and explicitly enable your each device from the list of devices.
