I dropped my friends phone now her flash and camera does not work

Yesterday I accidentally dropped my friends iPhone 11 with the screen taking the brunt of it. Luckily the screen didnt take any damage but now she said to me that her back camera and flash isnt working but the front one is. She has already updated her phone to the latest version and tried restarting it. I’ve searched around and cant find any reason for this to happen, is there anyway to fix this at home or will she have to take it to a repair shop? (I’ll obviously pay for it if she takes it to the repair shop)

It sounds like the iPhone is due for a visit to the repair shop.

If the back camera and flash stopped working right after the drop, the most likely explanation is that something inside the iPhone got knocked loose or broken. You could turn the phone off, and then on – a workaround that sometimes helps with software glitches – but I wouldn't expect that to help at all in this case.
