Apple TV+ app only shows trailer but not actual content I selected in my MacBook Pro 16 (2020)

I have a MacBook Pro 16 (2020-intel CPU 32GB RAM 1TB HDD, MacOS 11.6.8)

I have an active Apple TV subscription and I can play it at my iPhone (11, iOS 17.0.3), but can't play actual content of movie and program. Funny thing is that I can play a trailer before the content is playing well.

any possible way to check the root cause of the issue or solve this problem?
