I disconnected keyboard and mouse from my iMac and now my iMac is lock and can’t login and connect my keyboard nor mouse. What do I do to connect it? I can log it because it won’t connect now

I assume you are using wireless keyboard and mouse. I just wonder if you charge the battery of keyboard and mouse or replace the battery of keyboard and mouse. If you did and still can't connect to your iMac, If you have wired USB keyboard and mouse, connect them and turn on the Bluetooth if you turn off the Bluetooth.

For future reference, if you connect a rechargeable Magic Keyboard to the Mac using its charging cable, that will let the Magic Keyboard work as a wired keyboard.

This doesn't work too well for the rechargeable Magic Mouse because the charging port is on the mouse's "belly".
