Bluetooth wireless speaker volume low when using iPhone

My wireless speaker 'Revo SuperSignal' whilst attached through the iPhone's ( XR ) bluetooth settings,

is playing OK, just the volume needs to be turned up to maximum on the external speaker.

Even then, it is only barely audible. This has only recently started happening.

Is there a fix?
