Momento Dash Cam and their Mac OSX Viewing Software?

Anyone else had issue with Momento's desktop viewer not working on Mac?

A newly purchase Momento-M6 Dash Cam (MD-6200) was professionally installed and setup. It is fully functioning and connecting to the Momento M6 app downloaded to an iPhone 15 (iOS 17.3).

The M6 Desktop Viewing Software (Mac OSX) from Momento's website was also downloaded to a MacBook Air (M2, 2022) running macOS Sonoma 14.3.

The MacBook can see and access the SD card, even seeing all the files.

Unfortunately, when Momento's desktop viewer is launched, it isn't detecting the SD card.

Troubleshooting suggested updating Firmware so M6 Firmware V1.06 was downloaded to the SD card but the desktop viewer still doesn't see the SD card.

One would think formatting is the culprit, but the Mac does see it, and can even open it and see all the files. (The mac just can't open of the individual files without the desktop viewer).

Conversely, the SD card was accessed successfully on a Dell laptop and opened all the files without the Momento software.
