iCloud storage full- (Via Photos)

I have never had much problem with my storage and photos as I always had under 300 photos and videos in my camera roll. Recently I’ve had trouble because my photos album is taking up 12GB of storage but I only have 250 photos and 10 videos. I went through looking and I found this video that was 11.3BG so I deleted it and from recently deleted but it keeps popping back up and it still says I have 12GB of photos in my storage. Please help!! Nothing can sync because there’s no storage!

Did you already force restart the iPhone after deleting the video from the Recently deleted album?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Did you try to log into your iCloud account one the web, open the photos app and delete the video directly in iCloud Photos?

I don’t know if you know. I have recently discovered an App called Amazon Photos. If you have a prime account is free, Photo storage is free but you have 5GB of Video Space for free. I just throw every picture on my iPhone and iPad on there as it keeps the normal resolution and doesn’t compress.

Or you could upgrade your iCloud Storage.
