Connection to server failed with Yahoo Mail on Mail app
I have an iPhone XS (I've had for years) as well as iPhones before this model. I always have my E-Mail connected to the Apple Mail app. I would say over the last year I've been getting "connection to server failed" messages every few days, Also when it shows that message it'll say "last updated" and it'll show a date and time anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks prior when I know in fact it was most likely updated that day if not an hour or so prior? It's just so weird and it mainly only happens with my Yahoo Mail. Whenever it gives me the error I usually just log into yahoo.com and the server is never down on yahoo's site, so I know it has to do with the Apple Mail app. My phone is updated, I've deleted the mail accounts and set them up all over again, nothing seems to help. Its just weird and confusing especially if I check my E-Mail at 8:00Am and it'll give me an error later on in the day and say that it hasn't been updated for a week? If anyone could help that would be great. Should I maybe uninstall the Apple Mail app and reinstall? I haven't done that yet but everything else I've tried including restarting the phone (doesn't help)
