Unable to link CODM account with Apple ID account

I am trying to link a codm account to my Apple account (trying to get the legendary “M4-Black Gold Royal” gun) and it says that I’ve already got a account linked to my Apple account which im confused about because I don’t remember ever linking another account to my Apple account. In need of help if anyone knows how to either unlink my Apple account to the unknown account that’s linked to it or to find out what account is linked to my Apple account so I could log into the unknown account🙏
