How do i delete documents that are in my “ downloads” file on my iphone

I have lots if items saved to DOWNLOADS on my IPhone 11 and i want to delete them. Thanks

…Or tap select at the top, select which files are to be included, and tap delete.

Swipe to the write on the file you want to delete. Or, press and hold on the file in question. Tap "Delete" from the pop-up menu.
