Apple Music is saying I have all 5 of my authorizations being used but when I go to the settings it's saying there is only one. And I can't look to see what it is, nor delete it.

See this thread: How to Deauthorize Computers on Apple Mus… - Apple Community. I think you may both have run into a bug regarding this process. Can you access a copy of iTunes, or Music on a different build of macOS?

I contacted them before and they can't reauthorize all until the 1 year after the last one..I just replaced a MacBook with another one. I erased all settings and signed out from the old one but it didn't deathorize that machine. Now I can't use my MacBook to download the music. This is ridiculous.
Ignoring what the current version of Music tells you how many computers do you think you have authorized at this point? If Apple are telling you that you have to wait a year to deauthorize all that would suggest that you have done so relatively recently, and thus might only have one or two authorizations in use. If you have five, including the recently retired MacBook that you forgot to deauthorize then can you deauthorize one of the other four that you can access in order to free one up for the new MacBook?

Then iIf you still need help, contact Apple Support.
I have this same exact issue, and I can't access an older copy of iTunes or Music...
