I'm trying to subscribe to Apple Music, but Apple thinks I have 5 authorized devices.
I only own a Mac Mini and a Macbook, and am logged in to another Macbook at work.
There used to be a "deauthorize all" option in Music, but that is no longer there on the Account Information page.
Can anybody tell me where to find this now?

Try going to Settings > [name on top] > Media & Purchases. Under the Account section, click the Manage button and see if you have the option there.
But wait, it gets better:
And to make things completely screwed up: It *did* deauthorize all devices 🤦🏻♂️
