Mac Mini Intel Late 2018 Stucks on Apple Logo after DFU Restore

Thank you guys in advance.

After entering DFU mode and performing a Restore, my mac mini late 2018 (intel based) restarts and enter Internet Recovery Mode. After assigning a stable network, It finishes the process. Then it restars and shows the Apple logo without chime sound or progress bar. It stucks at this logo for hours ore even days. It doens't respond to any command except Command + V (verbose mode). Is there a way I can reinstall MacOs on this machine or what could be the problem (I can perform something at hardware level)?
